Meet Your Guide
Jillian Brooke is a transformational teacher and sacred guide who helps women transmute their trauma into wisdom and power. Unlike traditional coaches who focus solely on behavioral change or spiritual teachers who may bypass the physical realm, Jillian bridges the earthly and ethereal through her unique "Sacred Spiral" methodology.
Jillian's own experience with childhood sexual abuse and former career as a clinical dietitian gives her a rare perspective: understanding how our deepest wounds manifest through our daily habits. Today, she guides women to recognize surrogate forms of nourishment in their lives, address the emotional roots of their patterns and ascend into their highest expression.
Working with Jillian means embarking on a sacred journey of remembrance – one where you'll be held in fierce love and unwavering compassion as you shed the distorted stories of who you thought you were and step into the truth of your divine nature.
