Meet Your Guide
Jillian Brooke is a transformational teacher and sacred guide who helps women transmute their trauma into wisdom and power. Unlike traditional coaches who focus solely on behavioral change or spiritual teachers who may bypass the physical realm, Jillian bridges the earthly and ethereal through her unique "Sacred Spiral" methodology.
Jillian's own experience with childhood sexual abuse and former career as a clinical dietitian gives her a rare perspective: understanding how our deepest wounds manifest through our daily habits. Today, she guides women to recognize surrogate forms of nourishment in their lives, address the emotional roots of their patterns and ascend into their highest expression.
Working with Jillian means embarking on a sacred journey of remembrance – one where you'll be held in fierce love and unwavering compassion as you shed the distorted stories of who you thought you were and step into the truth of your divine nature. Through her integrative- emotional, somatic and psychedelic approach, Jillian helps women satisfy their true hunger for a rich, intimate life and access the genuine nourishment their souls are craving.
Meet Your Guide
Allyson Hadley is a devoted medicine woman whose soul work is rooted in the remembrance of our collective purpose: to live and lead through the lens of unconditional love. Rising from the ashes of addiction, healing from sexual trauma, and navigating disordered eating, she has alchemized her wounds into sacred initiation. Through this metamorphosis, Allyson discovered her deepest calling to walk as a ceremonial guide, healer, and sister for women ready to reclaim their power and remember their wholeness. She serves through ancient and embodied modalities including shamanic breathwork, plant medicine, sonic alchemy, and sacred sexuality, crafting immersive experiences that awaken life force and invite embodied truth.
Over the past decade, Allyson has gathered wisdom from elders, shamans, priestesses, and clinical teachers across many paths. She is a Certified Psychedelic Medicine Facilitator, a second-generation breathwork guide, and Yoga & Meditation Teacher. Yet beyond her credentials, Allyson honors a simple truth: the deepest wisdom lives within. Her heart’s prayer is to create space for others to remember the power they already carry and to walk together in the living ceremony of becoming who we truly are.
